Shaded Waters is the vision of twin sisters Philippa and Dawn Vines, who founded their family development company with a simple belief: great communities are grown, not just built.
Raised in Houston, the sisters saw how much the city's oaks, bayous and open spaces shaped a good life. Every lake, trail and neighborhood here reflects that — preserving the landscape first, then building homes that belong to it.
